Blazing Journey, LLC is a New York State Approved Provider of Early Intervention Services for children ages 0-3 and is under contract with NYC. All Early Intervention evaluations and services are provided at no cost to families but health insurance may be accessed. The Early Intervention Program is funded and regulated by the New York State Department of Health.
Services are strictly confidential and are provided in locations convenient for families. Services are provided at no charge for families.
Health insurance may be accessed for reimbursement for early intervention services provided to eligible children and their families.
When Early intervention services are delivered in child care setting or community locations that require fee, the parent is responsible for paying any associated cost with such access to child care or community locations.
